Green Room

In surfing, the green room is the inside of a barrel that is produced by a wave. This term was coined due to the color of light reflected into the barrel. The moment of being inside the barrel of a wave is described as the ultimate zen surfing experience..  In the Med you hardly get to surf real tubes so for surfers here it's nearly a dream coming true. 
This morning I got a call asking if I would come down to the beach to take some pictures as some swell came in. I wasn't aware of the forecast due to my moving preparations and was in doubt whether to go or not as there was so much work still waiting for me. 
It was a challenging shooting as the light changed every minute between sunshine, heavy rain to cloudy skies (started with ISO200, had to increase half an hour later around 10:30 to ISO800 for then to go back down to 400 and swap between those two, so imagine...)
Happy I did go, to me personally it has been my Green Room that day with the best shots I had so far.Thanks for the call, Alex! ;)
